Aney Is It True ?

This is not an episode of your favourite American sitcom The Nanny. We can call this the Sri Lankan hilarious version of it. Now the mother of the twin babies and the wife of the one who got shot have palled up. The reason the second lady is the one who looks after the two babies most of the time.
Now the latest of this ‘playcom’ is that it is they who choose the teams on tour on most occasions. Recently the one who got shot was included in the side while most of the other seniors were against through the kitchen influence they say. Now most of the players refer to this lady as the Nanny.

Please not again

The people in the house of the flowers are disturbed. The reason - they are rather disturbed that the grand old man has been dropped from the side in spite of him singing for his supper on television.
They say there is also a move to bring in pressure on those who matter to include this fossilized version back in the side.

Robert at it again

The one who is known as the ‘Robert’ at the Citadel because of his light fingers is now accused of pilfering some calendars and diaries.

The pilgrimage

The IOC is a hive of activity these days. The SAF games are around and those aspiring for a free ride to Bangladesh are paying frequent visits to the headquarters trying their luck.

The big bill

The big bill of about 10 million claimed from the oval-ball office has the Vedha Meya rattled. Talking to the idiot box he blamed the CHEE.. E..O for the commitment. The question is why the big mouth who jumps to issue statements and blamed everybody and talked about how to manage funds… is now silent. The soup it seems is boiling and maybe Senevi will be left with the big bill.
