A golden opportunity for the youth of Sri Lanka

The American College of Higher Education offers a Golden Opportunity for the Youth of Sri Lanka to obtain a valuable World recognized qualification as well as work and employment opportunities across the world through the " Diploma in Tourism, Travel and Flight Services" programme.

The course is being conducted jointly with Seneca College, Canada and is exclusively offered in Sri Lanka through the American College of Higher Education, Dehiwela. Dr Gulab Mewani - the representative of Seneca College, Canada, will be in Sri Lanka from September 28 to October 1 to meet with prospective students and review the progress of the 32 students who are about to complete the course of study in Sri Lanka. They are scheduled to transfer in January 2010 to Seneca College, Canada for a further year, to complete their Diploma programme.

Students will complete 10 months of study in Sri Lanka and then transfer to Seneca College Canada for 8 months of study covering 1 year. They will have the unique experience of gaining 'international work experience' while studying through 'student part time work permits' and 'career placement programme'. They will also be entitled to a "work permit" on successful completion of this programme, which is renowned throughout the globe, as it is being conducted in 25 countries, including India and China in our neighbourhood.

Seneca College is the largest and foremost College in Canada, being a Government funded Institute with a proud history of more than 42 years of excellence in education worldwide. The American College of Higher Education, Dehiwela, the leader in American style education in the country with more than 1020 students already transferred to USA alone on the 2 + 2 Degree programme counts one and a half decades of quality education offered through their campuses in Colombo, Negombo, Kurunegala, Kandy, Galle and Matara.

The Youth of Sri Lanka are cordially invited by the American College of Higher Education, to walk through the "Door of golden opportunity" offered by this unique programme, to "International Work Opportunities and Employment" Free seminars will be conducted at ACHE Colombo Campus and ACHE Kandy Campus on September 29 and 30 to advise and guide students on this programme, with Dr Gulab Mewani - representative from Seneca College Canada.
