Bustin' Broadway
By Tahnee Hopman, Pix by J. Weerasekara

In 42nd street, Manhattan, a whole new style of music – that of Broadway – came to life. On a street not unlike the street mentioned above, a group of talented kids decided that they, like the adults in Broadway, wanted their moment on stage.

This is the story of Bustin' Broadway – a story of hardworking and talented kids who were not afraid to dream big, and not afraid to dream of performing on stage. Not too long from now, kids aged 6 –16 years will get out their top hats, sticks and dancing shoes, to present this story to you.

They have been working hard at their songs and dance moves, eagerly awaiting their own moment on stage, and seeing the enthusiasm on the faces of their audience. This is not just any show though; these kids have been working hard at equalling or surpassing adult performers. And they are waiting to share all the fun with you!

So if you want to be a part of Broadway's new treat, pay a visit to the Lionel Wendt on September 26 – 28 for a fun and exciting Broadway experience.
