Sri Lanka unveils ‘ Meet in Sri Lanka ‘ Campaign

The Sri Lanka Convention Bureau (SLCB) unveiled the “Meet in Sri Lanka” campaign on the eve of PATA Travel Mart 2008 in Hyderabad in India recently. This was done in the presence of a private sector delegation comprising Prema Cooray, Chairman SLCB, Renton de Alwis, Chairman Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority and Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, Abbas Esufally, Chairman Diethelm Travels , Amal Goonatilleke, Director Sales Taj Hotels Sri Lanka and Maldives, Hiran Cooray , Managing Director Jetwing Hotels, and Senaka Fernando, Manager Indian Subcontinent SriLankan Airlines.
The hoardings in several prominent locations in the city of Hyderabad showed meeting facilities in Sri Lanka in diverse locations inviting the Indian Corporates and travel agents to access the special packages offered by the Sri Lankan MICE industry.
