Local touch at Europe Day

The Head of Delegation of the European Commission Julian Wilson and Mrs. Claudine Wilson hosted a grand reception last week to celebrate Europe Day.

For the many guests who attended the Europe Day celebrations at the Terrace of the Waters Edge it was a fun-filled evening of entertainment that went on till midnight. Equally exciting were the fashions. Popular among the European set and the local fashionistas were summery smocks and feminine dresses.

As for entertainment, the choice was Ravibandu instead of a string quartet paying tribute to the European composers. Then again there was fabulous music for dancing by Ultimate and a good time was had by all.
