*Trouble brewing at the sacred hall
Is it true that there is trouble brewing at the sacred halls of Maitland Place? Though some of the appointments have been tried to tampered with, the IC still has not ratified them and there is chaos in all those sections. At the same time it is also reported that some of those who were dished had met up with the higher authority and told him about their plight.

* Dancing in the rain
We hear about a member of a well known club who made the rain water seep into the covers when his team was in a very bad way against a side just out of the Colombo City. An employee of the club has seen this underhand act and reported the matter to the opposing team

* Over and out
The captain of a cricket team which hails from the fishing belt refused to return to the pavilion for several minutes after he was ruled out. They say when he was walking back he began throw all his gear all over the ground.

* Blue murder
After an under hand incident which occurred at a Volleyball match was reported in the media, two suppliers of the sports ministry are at loggerheads now. They also say that as a result some of its employees are receiving death threats.

* And now to courts
Now some members of several committees of the Most Popular sport are contemplating court action against a haughty member who is throwing his weight about at Maitland Place.

* What is money?
Is it true that the running association is found fault with after they had not spent a large amount of money that they received from the UNDP for the development of this sport in the island.
