Christmas Rendezvous.. a grand evening in the offing

The Thomian Society of Colombo, which is renowned for its exceptional organizational skills and for designing spectacular events, now sets on board a ‘Christmas Rendezvous’ at the Taj Samudra Hotel on Friday, November 30 at 7.30 pm.

When asked about what one could expect at the yuletide rendezvous, Founder/President of the Thomian Society of Colombo, Dr Vijaya Corea, said : ‘An unprecedented evening of great fellowship, relaxation, music, laughter, carols and entertainment of the kind one simply cannot afford to miss’.

He elaborated that the TSOC team under the Project Chairmanship of Prakash Butani has put together an excellent programme comprising music for listening or dancing with Cosmic Rays on the bandstand and top stars Ronnie Leitch and Corrine Almeida under the spotlight with well loved carols, popular music and hit songs. In addition to a delectable buffet dinner, plenty of prizes and surprises will be dished out. A colour TV will be given away on the entrance ticket draw, while substantially valuable prizes will be offered for the table draw, spot dances, and of course, the baila competition.
