The Finance launches Palm Top service

The Finance Company recently launched the TFC Palm Top for the convenience of its customers. This facility will enable customers to conduct their financial transactions at home, workplace or anywhere else, where the service is introduced.

The Palm Top service will operate through assigned company representatives who will come to the customer’s doorstep and attend to their financial requirements online. This novel concept will usher in a new era of convenience for the customer, in accordance with the vision of the company’s Chairman Deshamanya Dr. Lalith Kotelawala.

At present, this service offers facilities to withdraw from savings accounts, deposit into savings accounts, make rental payments on loan accounts (hire purchase, leasing, housing loans, etc.) and check account balances. It will gradually be expanded with more services in the future. The unique Palm Top system was developed by the NCS Group, a reputed IT and communications engineering service provider in Asia. The Palm Top service is currently available at 13 branches –City branch, Union Place, Borella, Nugegoda, Kadawatha, Gampaha, Nittambuwa, Negombo, Kalutara, Galle, Moratuwa, Kurunegala and Kandy. The service will gradually be expanded to cover more areas throughout the country.
