Tips on the competitive global market

The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC) is organizing a seminar on ‘Gearing for the global competitive market through effective trade promotion tools’ on February 23 at the CCC auditorium. The main objective of this seminar is to create awareness amongst the business organizations on the benefits of participating at trade fairs and trade missions organised by the commerce.

Speakers at this event include Samantha Ranatunga, Chief Operating Officer, CIC Group of Companies who will speak on the ‘Opportunities to explore the overseas markets with the assistance of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC)’. He will focus on the advantages of joining CCC's Inward/Outward Missions. Ranjani Thudugala, Director Marketing, Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB) will speak on the ‘Benefits of Participating at International Trade Fairs’ and cover the entire process of the steps to effective preparation and participation.

Kingsley Bernard - Group Director, Daya Group of Companies, Nazvi Hassan - Group Marketing Manager - Exports, CAL Exports Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, Ms Saroshi Dubash, Group Director, Abans Ltd. and Ruwan Senanayake, General Manager, International Trade Development, Freight Links International (Pte) Ltd. will join the two main presenters by expressing their views on how they benefited by CCC’s initiatives and share their success stories on their participation.
