Ceylon Ambuja Cements has launched customer CARE centres at the company’s plant at the Port of Galle and at its Corporate Solutions Centre in Colombo.

The company said in a press statement that both centres are equipped with sophisticated new software to provide customer information by a customer care team. The software named CARE, stands for ‘Ceylon Ambuja Relationship Empowerment’ and has been developed in-house by the company’s IT team. “With the establishment of the customer CARE centre, customers can even track their lorry movements and locations within the plant real-time, enabling them to plan their distribution efficiently,” the company said.
