Land Rover experts in town

Frontier Automotives, sole agents for Land Rover in Sri Lanka were instrumental in bringing down these two experts to implement the new IDS diagnostic system for the new breed of Land Rovers including the Discovery 3, Range Rover Sport and Range Rover, the local agency said. "This system greatly enhances the ownership experience for the customer by giving diagnostic, problem solving, as well as service options," said CEO Frontier Automotives, Sheran Fernando.

Both Land Rover experts conducted a routine training programme for the new Discovery 3 and Range Rover, for Frontier Automotive staff which in order that they may have a better understanding of the vehicle's techinical characteristics, resulting in greater customer satisfaction. “In recent times the Land Rover has witnessed tremendous growth in terms of both sales as well as customer satisfaction and acceptance in Sri Lanka. The Land Rover which is the vehicle of the elite and upwardly mobile in the UK, with even the Queen using it for her conveyance, is fast becoming not just the accepted if not must have vehicle for Sri Lanka's social elite, it is being perceived as a vehicle which combines a host of characteristics including state of the art safety and security devices, superior driving capabilities [ particularly off road], an elegant, sleek and classy appearance, comfort , as well as utility,” the statement said.
