More local blue chips outsource to Eureka

Eureka Technology Partners (ETP), said last week it had reached a milestone in its Managed Services venture, managing network systems for over 100 clients, many of whom were premier blue chip companies.

The roster includes Sierra Cables, United Tractors and Equipment, and Kelani Cables, as well as local subsidiaries of international conglomerates such as Courtaulds Clothing.

These companies have outsourced the management of their computer networks in part or in full to ETP, since the actual planning, implementation and maintenance of network management projects can be handled more efficiently and effectively by ETP’s high-calibre IT professionals.

Eureka Technology Partners Head of Marketing Sanjay Mendis said, “Our solutions are based on a strategic framework and we do not give ad-hoc solutions to clients to solve only part of the problem as done by many vendors. We focus improving all facets of the network, such as data security, network set-up and management, disaster recovery, and communication – which includes e-mail and the internet. Our engineers use open source technology to provide a cost effective solution to our clients.”
