| Inspired by the Victorian era, designer Chris Benjamin's new collection is extravagantly feminine, all flares and ruffles, deep necklines and tiered skirts, puffed sleeves and empire lines. Titled 'The Sky is Blue', the creations in muted shades were primarily in white, black, bronze and beige and of course, blue. The collection was unveiled at a fashion show held at the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) UK- Sri Lanka branch banquet held recently at the Hotel Continental. Pix by J. Weerasekera
