One of the highlights of the Holy Family Convent day fair held last week at the College grounds was a fashion show organized by the Past Pupils Association. Past students took the ramp to model a selection of eyecatching outfits, with leading designer Michael Wijesuriya creating the Western bride's ensemble. Andre Estefan handled the choreography of the show.

Comedian Jeff Mirza performed to a sell out crowd at the Taj Samudra Hotel last week and among the audience were many elegantly-clad ladies.
