A fridge not for food but for food for thought

One may think how wonderful of an idea it is to store  food in a fridge at a time when people are suffering from COVID-19 and finding it difficult to get groceries and other essentials.

The fridge shown here is quite a different one as it is not being used for food but for another purpose; a unique one.

Kavisha Fernando of Ave Maria Convent in Negombo, living in Panagathurai at Kochchikade, had been using an old fridge to keep her textbooks, short notes and other materials for her studies. She is preparing to sit for her  O/L exams this March  in the English Medium.  “I want to be a scientist and work at the NASA in USA, so I can be of great service to mankind,” she said, proving herself to be model for other Sri Lankan students.
