IMC Education is the only Sri Lankan organization to have a fully functional representative office in the Republic of Belarus and particularly in the state of Grodno to offer post settlement services for Sri Lankan Students and to look after their welfare needs for the entire study duration of 6-years.To represent Grodno State Medical University for Sri-Lankan & Maldivian students / parents (Sri-Lankan Passport & Maldivian Passport holders) – GrSMU has appointed “IMC Education” as the “Official Representative/ Authorized Direct Agent/ Official Agent for Grodno State Medical University – Republic of Belarus”.
“Grodno State Medical University – Republic of Belarus” enlisted as one of the world’s “Top 600 Science Universities” in the world (GWC Ranking).Presently over 800+ Sri-Lankan students have chosen Belarus as a study destination where 400+ students are enrolled at Grodno State Medical University, Republic of Belarus. The university is also a SLMC (Sri-Lanka Medical Council) accredited university (https://www.srilankamedicalcouncil.org/foreignuniversity.php) which allows students to safely work in Sri Lanka. GrSMU also has its recognition overseas which makes it accessible for students to obtain overseas careers General Medical Council (GMC – UK), Australian Medical Council (AMC), Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG – USA), Medical Council of India (MCI) and also enlisted in the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS) a medical school database managed by the World Health Organization (WHO).
As a responsible organization & as an official agent in Sri Lanka for Medical placements for Grodno State Medical University, we would like to bring to the parent’s notice about “Sub Agencies” operating in Sri-Lanka who promotes Medical Education Admissions to Belarus with no legality connection with the universities. Organizations as such “DO NOT HOLD DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH THE UNIVERSITY OR PROVIDES GUARANTEED UNIVERSITY ADMISSION”. Admissions provided by “Sub Agencies” will create issues for a fresh student & there would be no one to take responsibility as the university is unaware of “Sub Agencies”. The university has published “Public Notices” in its official website to be vigilant of such institutions.

Currently IMC Education is conducting “Free Medical Prep Classes” for student’s to train for the first year programme at university in Sri Lanka until the day of departure. This is conducted by accredited lecturers & medical doctors to boost the confidence level to commence the first year of university with zero difficulties.
