Cabinet approval for MoU between Moratuwa University&Finland’s University of Aitio
View(s):This week the Cabinet approved a proposal for a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the University of Moratuwa and the University of Aitio in Finland.
The purpose of the MoU is for the consolidation of education and research activities between the two higher education institutes.
The MOU would bring provisions to initiate co-operation and facilities and conduct combined research projects and other activities between the institutional staff, the departments and the research institutes of both universities.
The Cabinet agreed with the resolution to enter into the MoU brought up by the Education Minister.
