KOCHCHI: The SPICY dynamic singing quartet
View(s):The recent Covid-19 lockdown period had given musicians in particular to engage themselves to devote time in new creations as time was available in abundance. The joint Aluth Iskole concept of Mariyazelle Gunathilleke, Kelum Srimal, Sannasgala and Mahesh Denipitiya involving seventy five artistes and singers was commendable. Similarly the aspiration of dream star Upekha Nirmanai too got off the blocks in forming a dynamic quartet with spicy pods in Erandi Madushika, Tashni Perera and Nirasha Natalie to form the female band ‘Kochchci’.
They will explode with new savoury creations to fulfill the aspirations of music hungry fans.
All four young singers have their own songs in the youtube. Hence the foursome with inherited true talent would become effervescent on stage.
Popular musician Aelian Tillekeratne is Nirasha Natalie’s father.
