UFO Personal Training Studio at Kynsey Road is all about encouraging and promoting health and fitness among those who want their personal space in a gym. Now into its second year and having appointed award winning actress Yashodha Wimaladharma as brand ambassador at its launch in 2018, UFO has built on its customised training formulae focusing on weight loss, strength building, posture, flexibility, stability, balance and healthier lifestyles.
