STBC to host celebrated British author
View(s):The Sunday Times Business Club (STBC) has an exciting event lined up on February 12 when it hosts celebrated British author Michael Smith at the Hilton Colombo.
The “Evening with a British author” will feature Mr. Smith who will present his latest book “Leading with Integrity: Creating Positive Change in Organisations” followed by a review of the book by former Minister Sarath Amunugama.
Mr. Smith, who is launching the book in Melbourne in late February and in India in late January, is a British journalist and author of a number of publications. His latest effort which is selling at 110 Pound Sterling (Rs.26,000) will be available for sale at the STBC event at a special price of Rs.2.000. In Colombo, he would be a guest of Vijitha Yapa Bookshop.
The new book makes the clear link between personal decision-making and global outcomes and demonstrates how positive decision-making can lead to change inside organisations and beyond.
