Comedy about a company opened by two friendson different paths
Hollywood comedy movie ‘Like a Boss’, a story about two female friends with different ideals, who started a company, is now being screened in theatres around Colombo.
Directed by Miguel Arteta , the film stars Tiffany Haddish, Rose Byrne, Jennifer Coolidge, Natasha Rothwell, Billy Porter, and Salma Hayek in the main cast.
Two friends with very different personalities decide to start their own beauty company, Mel & Mia’s, despite not agreeing on how they should run it. One is more practical, while the other wants to earn her fortune quickly and live a lavish lifestyle. Things take a turn for the worse when their company runs into debt, forcing them to turn to an unscrupulous benefactor who intends to steal the business out from under them, and forcing the two to address their differences to save Mel & Mia’s.
The Paramount Pictures movie was released worldwide on January 10.
Like A Boss is now being screened at Liberty by Scope Cinemas, Colombo City Centre, Majestic Cinemas and Empire Cinema and others.
