Annual General Meeting of SJC OBU Ja Ela Wattala Branch
View(s):The 32nd Annual General meeting of St. Joseph’s College, Colombo 10, Old Boys’ Union Ja Ela – Wattala Branch, will be held on Saturday 27th April 2019 at No. 165, Palliyawatta Road, Palliyawatta (the residence of Dr. Maithri Perera) commencing at 7.30 pm for the following purpose.
1. To Table the Annual Report for the year 2018/2019.
2. To Table and adopt the Annual Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2019.
3. Election of a President and Office Bearers for the ensuing year 2019/2020.
4. To consider any resolutions of which due notice of seven days has been given to the Honorary Secretary in writing.
5. Election of Auditors for the coming year 2019/2020.
6. Any other business.
Meeting will be followed by fellowship and Dinner. Members are invited with their spouses. An all-inclusive cover charge of Rs. 1,500.00 per head will be levied. Please confirm your participation to President, Secretary or Treasurer.
