‘Gindhari 3’ begins
View(s):The muhurath ceremony for ‘Gindari’ 3, the latest in the series made by filmmaker Udayakantha Warnasuriya was held recently.
Directed and produced by Warnasuriya, the film is to star Paboda Sandeepani, Mahendra Perera and Rodney Warnakula, the trio who played the lead roles in the first two films. The other roles are to be played by Chulakshi Ranatunga, Srinath Maddumage, Saman Hemarathna, Rina Shanel, Chanchala Warnasuriya, Nilmini Kottegoda, Sarath Kotelawela, Ananda Athukorala, Dileep Rohana, Keerthi Rathnayake, Sujeewa Mallawarachchi and Udeni Chandrasiri.
Cinematography will be handled by K. D. Dayananda, and the editor and sound designer is Praveen Jayaratne and the assistant director is Donald Jayantha.
Music direction of ‘Gindari 3’ is by Ananda Perera and make up by Nalin Premathilake; the art director is Aruna Dias.
