The Choir of St Francis of Assisi presents a worship experience
View(s):The Choir of St Francis of Assisi will present ‘Honoured, Glorified, Exalted!’ – a soul-stirring worship experience on Wednesday, October 24 (poya day) at 5 p.m. at the Church of St. Francis of Assisi, 80, Hotel Road, Mount Lavinia.
With arrangements by Jay Rouse and devotions by Randy Vader, this worship experience includes a variety of styles!
The musical takes us through time, past, present and future. From the beginning of time – the magnificence of God’s creation to the miracle of the birth of Christ. It then moves us to the significance and the power of the blood shed on the cross and the tremendous price that was paid in our stead. The story then transports listeners to acknowledge the reality of Jesus in today’s cacophony of unanswered questions.
