FR, DS remembered
View(s):The 136th and 134th birth commemorations of F.R. Senanayake and D.S. Senanayake were held yesterday at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute. A biography of F.R. Senanayake was also launched at the event. The book was named ‘F.R. Senenayake: Illustrious Son of Sri Lanka’. Its Sinhala translation was also launched. The book was authored by Rukman Senanayake, a grandson of D.S. Senanayake. Speaker Karu Jayasuriya was the chief guest.
