Jewellery store ‘Aaraa & Aati’ launched its official website (www.aaraa-aati.com) recently at Zylan Villa amidst a distinguished gathering.

The occasion included a live demonstration on the ‘four Cs’ (Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat) of precious gemstones.

The minds behind Aaraa & Aati are siblings Fahmy Rahman and Sumaiya Rahman, who were inspired by the doyen of the local gem industry, Naleem Hajiar. Considered the Sri Lankan gem maestro having grown up in the rural hamlets of Beruwala.

According to a release by the company, the jewellery store has embarked on a venture to offer tailor-made wedding and engagement rings.

The organisation has anchored its diversified services on ethical sourcing, from conflict-free, traceable mines.

The newly launched website according to the company release allows for quotations to be calculated once the specif ications are entered into an online platform. This online platform offers assistance finding the perfect combination between design and budget that could prove to be helpful to online buyers.
