Colombo University Vice Chancellor to attend Higher Education summit
View(s):Vice Chancellor (VC) of the University of Colombo, Senior Prof Lakshman Dissanayake will participate as a World -Class speaker at the Times Asia Universities Summit in Shenzhen, China, from Feb.5-8, 2018.
Other world renowned speakers will include London Imperial College President Prof Alice Gast, Monash University President and VC Prof Magaret Gardner, Peking University President Prof Jianhua Lin, University of South Florida, USA, President Prof Judy Genshaft, University of Sheffield, UK, President and VC Sir Keith Burnett.
The summit will focus on the world’s most exciting, dynamic and ambitious continent in terms of Higher Education and Research. It will also identify the current hubs of excellence and the rising stars in the Asian region where 50% of the world’s population live.
