Arden Institute, Sri Lanka’s premier personal and professional development training institute, recently concluded its second course in Guest Service Gold & Trip Advisor Reputation Management Training for the hotel and hospitality industry.

It was done in collaboration with the American Hotel Lodging & Educational Institute (AHLEI), Arden’s academic partner.

“This training course has given a new impetus to the guest service standards of the hotel frontline, and proving to be a resourceful certification course among the frontline professional of the hotel industry in Sri Lanka,” Arden said in a media release.

Many of those who followed these courses are working in star class hotels in Nuwara Eliya, Galle, Hikkaduwa, Bentota, Beruwela, Kalutara, Chilaw and Colombo. Gladvin Rego, Master Trainer of AHLEI travelled to Sri Lanka to conduct the programme. AHLEI maintains strict standards in tests and certification.
