“ Purple Delights”: High tea, music and more for worthy cause
View(s):The Moratuwa Branch of the Sri Lanka Housewives Association presents “Purple Delights” an evening of fashion and fun to raise funds for the forgotten women of the Mulleriyawa Mental Hospital.
The event will be held on Saturday, July 22 from 4 p.m.onwards at Berjaya Hotel, Mount Lavinia.
A fashion show by Kumarans choreographed by Rozanne Diaz, the evergreen Ronnie Leitch backed by Chandimal Fernando, Dalreen Suby, Varuni Cooray’s dance troupe and Kevin Nugara and Partner in a Latin dance are all part of the entertainment for the evening. The event is compered by Faizal Bongso.
There also will be trade stalls and a beauty demonstration by Rozanne Diaz. A highlight will be choosing ‘The most glamorous housewife’. “Purple Delights” is sponsored by Marga Institute and co-sponsored by Kalbe International (Pvt) Ltd.
