The third workshop organised and conducted by the Western Province Institute of Sports Science to uplift training and sports skills of coaches and sportsmen and women of the province in various sports disciplines commenced on May 11, 2016.  The first workshop for 2016 was conducted for badminton coaches and players were held from May 11 to 17 at the Province Sports Complex concluded on a successful note.  Badminton workshop was conducted by World Badminton Federation certified coach old Nalandian Mahesha Ekanayake with an experience of over 18 years in coaching and an equal number of years as a player at Nalanda College. – LR
