The National Savings Bank (NSB), which is temporarily managing the failed Entrust Ltd and Entrust Securities on state orders, has secured a stay order from the Colombo High Court against a case in the Colombo Magistrate’s Court pertaining to Entrust.  In that case which has been ‘stayed’ till June 16, a depositor had filed action against the directors of Entrust and NSB on criminal fraud charges.  On an earlier date, the magistrate issued summons on the directors to be present in court on May 13. When the case came up on Friday, court was informed of the stay order after which the magistrate postponed hearings to June 21.  -(QP)
