The topics of health and fitness have grown in immense global popularity over the last few years. DoubleDee Publications’ new magazine “Health Style” aims to provide Sri Lankans with a platform not only to promote their products and services pertaining to the industry but also to highlight the diverse and industry related advancements made over the past few years.

Dinushka Chandrasena, editor of “Health Style” explains, “The health, wellness and fitness industry in Sri Lanka has evolved over the past decade with a multitude of different exercise and workout options, dining and nutritional venues and health food stores opening around the country.” Therefore the magazine will incorporate these different subjects into their editions starting with their first informative publication which is out now: ‘Power of being “you”’.

‘Health Style’ offers its readers a selection of fitness and wellness related information, motivational testimonies, inspirational interviews, nutrition news and healthy eating options while showcasing the best in what the country has to offer in terms of health and fitness related products and services. Contributors are all experts in their field.

With Travel Talk Asia and Mum and Me Magazine, DoubleDee Publications are excited about the new addition to their family. The content is close to the editor’s heart and she believes passionately in the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle and incorporating fitness into daily life.
