Love and faith; recipe for 60 years of wedded bliss

A retired Veterinary Surgeon Ronald and his wife Olga who earlier worked at Dimo and also for Lalith Athulathmudali went down memory lane with a service at St. Luke’s Church Borella and a reception at Pegasus Reef Hotel.
Still very much in love with each other, they say the key to their happy and successful marriage has been their faith in God, honesty and communication.
Asked what advice he could give young couples Ronald said: “Pray together, share everything and communicate!” “They truly are amazing people – selfless, caring and giving.
Moreover they are great fun and their grandchildren and great grandchildren especially love spending time chatting with them,” said a grand-daughter.
