Appeal for bright student suffering from leukaemia

Kevin Melder who is a Grade 9 student of St. Sebastian’s College, Moratuwa is suffering from leukaemia (Stage 1). A bright student, athlete and member of the College Western Band, he is undergoing treatment at Maharagama Cancer Hospital Ward 15 B.

Kevin’s parents are appealing for financial assistance to buy injections that need to be administered to him each of which cost around Rs. 250,000. His parents also wish to take him to India for an operation he will need soon to improve his chances of survival.
