Motha Investments Corp (Pte.) Ltd exits from TVS
View(s):Motha Investments Corporation (Pte.) Ltd said this week it has exited from TVS Auto Parts Ltd selling its 35 per cent stake in the company to Douglas & Sons Ltd

They are already the market leader in automotive tyres and batteries, which will make them the market leader in the auto component sector as well. This new move would no doubt complement and strengthen their existing product portfolio,” said Mr. Motha.
