Kandy Lions win Division ‘B’ title

View(s): Kandy Lions led by Mohamed Jabbar and Prasad Chathuranga made history when the 2nd XV outfit won the Division ‘B’ title for the very first time. On their way to success the Upcountry team beat Army Wagoners, CH&FC Kabaragoyas, Army Keterians, Air Force Chipmunks, Navy Dreadnoughts, CR&FC Bees, Havelocks Bambaras, Police Griffins and Army Colts. The side was coached by former Kingswood, Kandy SC and Sri Lanka player Nalaka Weerakkody.
