Sri Lanka’s junior table tennis team left the country to participate in the Asian Junior TT Championship in Doha Qatar from August 30 to September 3. Both the boys and girls teams won silver medals at the South Asian Championships in India and qualified to participate in this event.
A strong clutch of junior players from 20 countries including China, Japan, Korea, Thailand and Taipei are set to
ferociously vie for the Asian title.
