The American Center in Colombo will launch a photo exhibition of Sri Lanka’s sites and people, captured through the eyes of United States diplomat Chris Elms.

Opening on Wednesday, May 29, the aptly titled photo collection “Connecting the dots: Celebrating the beauty in Sri Lanka’s diversity” showcases some of the most significant and scenic locales of the island through Chris’s lens.  As he explored Sri Lanka, he captured the variety of life in the country and saw the strength in Sri Lanka’s rich diversity. Covering the many regions he visited during his two year tenure in Sri Lanka, Chris’s photography treats viewers to an expressive portrayal of Sri Lanka’s natural, historical, cultural, religious, and ethnic diversity.
