The Art Exhibition of the students of Wycherley International School, held on May 11, 2013 has been an attempt to stimulate the imagination of each and every child in the school, to showcase their talents. The Art and Craft work on display by the Elementary Section was meant to capture “Happy Moments” experienced by the school’s youngest artists.

The theme of the Primary Section was “Wildlife”, discovering the beauty and features of the Fauna and Flora. The Junior Section exhibits dealt with “Emotions” – emotions of joy, sadness, anger, depression, loneliness etc.

“Electric”….vibrant….charged….thrilling….stirring…. The exhibits of the students of the Senior Section were an “Electrifying” fusion of styles, expressions and concepts. We are sure that the Judges Mrs Saumya Jayasekera and Ms Ramya Jirasinghe had an onerous task, in picking out the best in the different Sections.

“Imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine, and at last, you create what you will.”

– George Bernard Shaw.
