View(s):

Flexible solutions tailor-made to specific customer requirements would reduce time from months to weeks and reduce the hardware requirements by 60-70%, through optimal configurations, single point of support, once the cloud based IT architecture from Virtual Computing Company (VCE), USA is installed.

This was stated by Paul O’Connor, Director, Channels AP, VCE at the media conference held in Colombo last week to announce the formation of a strategic alliance between VCE and Just In Time Technologies (JITT), Sri Lanka, specialists for software and IT Solutions in Sri Lanka. VCE develops innovative platforms for cloud computing that reduces IT infrastructure costs.

They deliver the industry’s first completely integrated IT offering with end-to end vendor accountability and covers horizontal applications, vertical industry offerings and application development environments, allowing customers to focus on business innovation instead of managing IT infrastructure.

Kavin Mahawedage, Head of Marketing, JITT said that the product of VCE which are marketed through them would provide more efficient services  at a lower cost and with the VCE New IT architecture a whole new dimension opens up in managing it resources in a cost efficient manner.
