Disco King still reigns supreme

Disco king Alston Koch has stormed into the charts with his dance album anthem ‘Don’t Funk With Me’ hitting No.2 last week in Australian Radio Charts. The veteran funkster, returned to the charts supported by everyone in the music industry.
The album is now set for release in other parts of the world by SONY.

It ranked higher than efforts from Katy Perry, Air Supply, Crowded House, Gotye, The Bee Gees, Neil Diamond etc.The album also charted at No. 2 in the dance album listings for 5 weeks running and climbs from No. 22 to No. 16  with a billet in the ARIA overall  international albums.

The Australian Music Industry have bestowed on him the titles of ‘FUNK-MASTER’, ‘KING OF DANCE MUSIC’ and  ‘THE PURVEYOR OF DISCO SOUL.’ while the Australian and Pacific press dubbed him as the ‘Grand Pa’ of Dance Music in an all city publication throughout Australia.   ALSTON concluded a huge tour throughout Australian Clubs lasting almost six weeks and concluding at the Hard Rock Cafe in Sydney last weekend.
