My best friend is Evandi Ayodhya De Silva. She is a very talented girl in my class. We go to school at Holy Family Convent, Bambalapitiya. We met only this year, but we have a lot in common and often have the same ideas. She is always willing to stick with me. She is a very sweet girl and has a lovely voice.

Unlike some of my other friends, Evandi really stays with me. Actually I must thamk my other friends for letting me down, for if not I wouldn't have met her.

The expression 'A friend in need is a friend indeed!' can always be used for my friend Evandi. No one can ever break our friendship for friendship is a ship that never sinks!

My favourite movie

My favourite movie is WALL-E. He is a robot who lives on earth. His job is collecting knick-knacks. WALL-E is the only being on the earth. All the other people have been sent to outer space. WALL-E's pet is a small cockroach.

One day a big spaceship lands and brings a new robot named Eve. Eve and WALL-E become best friends. Then the adventure happens when, WALL-E shows Eve a plant. Eve becomes
unconscious and the spaceship returns and takes her away. WALL-E hangs on to the ship and it lands on Axions.

This is where all the humans are. Here it is all filled with robots. Eve was repaired and together with
WALL-E, they make the humans come back to earth.

When the captain of the ship sees the plant that WALL-E was carrying, he remembers how they used to live on earth and commands everyone to go back to earth. Then WALL-E and Eve lived happily ever after. I love this film very much.

My sister

My sister's name is Pasadni. She is three years old. Pasadni goes to Head Start Kids' Nursery at Rajagiriya. She will be going to Musaeus College next year. She likes to play with dolls. Her favourite colour is green. I play with my sister. I help her. Sometimes she scribbles on my books. I love my sister very much.
