Funday Times - A Poem for the week

I can fly
By Shanali Wijesinghe (9 years), Asian International School

Up so high up in the sky,
Sometimes I think I can fly.

It's wonderful to feel the clouds,
And I can hear lovely sounds.

Now it's night I can touch the stars
I'd rather fly than go in cars.

Then I feel like going to the moon,
Alas! I can't, I got to go home soon.

Now I'm swooping down home.
Home sweet home!
