The decision to embark on this venture is to assist shipping agency companies with selected candidates in different disciplines where there is ample opportunities with excellent career opportunities and attractive compensation packages as well as opportunities in working in overseas shipping companies. Initially CASA Secretariat will conduct orientation programmes for interested candidates with a good educational background. A database of selected candidates will be available at the CASA Secretariat, and those shipping agency companies having vacancies may interview suitable candidates with a view to offering employment in different disciplines.
