British Foreign Office Minister visits Hambantota

British Foreign Office Minister Lord Malloch-Brown, who was in Sri Lanka last week, and British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Dr. Peter Hayes visited Hambantota on July 17 aimed at meeting the community, the Hambantota District Chamber of Commerce (HDCC) said in a press release.

The visitors discussed with HDCC Director General Azmi Thassim the mega projects in the area and any constraints to investment and development in the region.
