ROTARY SING A LONG
 

Music loving Rotarians, their families, friends of Rotary, and other enthusiasts in singing within the city will get a long overdue opportunity when the Rotary Club of Moratuwa presents 'The Rotary Sing a Long' at the air conditioned Auditorium of Hotel Samudra (Hotel School Auditorium), Colombo 3, on Sunday, June 22 from 7.00 p.m. onwards.

A delightful assortment of pop, country & western, folk & other forms of popular music is on the cards to the musical backing of the versatile 'Lincoln & Super Pink Purple'.

The show will be hosted by the very popular compere and versatile singer Clifford Richard who will conduct most part of the singing. This show is bound to be a rare treat for all music lovers with some lusty singing expected from all the Rotarians and some special guest spots from the Moratuwa Rotarians to liven up things.

A valuable souvenir comprising over 100 popular songs will be given to all participants plus many gifts for the Ticket & Souvenir draw. Tickets are priced at Rs. 750.00 and will be available at Lanka Hands, Colombo 4, Travel Counter of the Cinnamon Grand and Big City, Katubedda, Moratuwa.

As the Rotary world eagerly awaits another new Rotary Year from July onwards, the Rotary Club of Moratuwa has taken on many new projects that will be beneficial to the community that we live in. This year the focus is especially on youth and "The Rotary Sing a Long" will be the main fund raiser to meet the funding of the planned service projects.

The Organizing Committee is headed by Rtn. PP Delvin Pereira and comprise incoming President Rtn. Anton Fernando, current President Rtn. Suranga Fernando, Rtn. PP Brian Coorey, Rtn. PP Hiran Fernando, Rtn. Chandralal Perera, Rtn. PP Roshan Mendis, Rtn. Viraj Mendis.
