Sanga shows why he’s best

Sri Lanka deputy skipper Kumar Sangakkara showed them as to why he is classed as the best in the world by cracking the season’s top score of 285 and helping NCC to declare their innings on a massive 503 for 6 in reply to Moors score of 225 at the end of the third days play in their Rupavahini Premier League inter-club encounter played at the NCC ground.

Sangakkara’s knock came in just 292 balls which had 31 boundaries and three sixes that also included a 276 runs partnership for the fifth wicket with Malintha Gajanayake. Moors batting the second time were 40 for no loss. The match will be continued at 10.00 a.m. today.
