What an Opposition we have!

In Sri Lanka there are two opposition parties. One party does not know whether to support or oppose. The other party opposes everything in name only and supports the government when it is in a fix. What is the use of these opposition parties? We now have a price hike in gas and electricity.

The price of a loaf of bread varies from shop to shop in the same vicinity. Rice is not affordable. How long can people tolerate these hardships in silence? In addition to these burdens there is fear - to travel, to live. When will all this end? When can we see honest politicians do something about it? The country is in chaos.
