Simply noodles!

For those who enjoy alfresco style dining, the Trans Asia Hotel’s Noodle Bazaar laid out on the Terrace has a whole new spread of noodles prepared in the most unimaginable ways! So, it’s more than a noodle on offer every evening. From February 7-14, guests can taste the selection of appetizers, soups, and noodles prepared to authentic recipes from the Far East and South East Asia. Some pasta dishes have also been included.

To begin this noodle journey, for starters is the cold egg noodle with a spicy sauce, Yam Woon Sen – a glass noodle salad with minced pork and shrimps, Chengdu thin wheat noodle with shredded chicken and Yam Shanghai rice noodle served with a spicy seafood salad.

A whole range of soups follows thereafter, be it a braised duck noodle soup, a Vietnamese style beef noodle soup, Korean Pork dumplings in beef broth, clear wheat noodle soup with abalone and vegetables.

The ever popular Laksa Lemak – which is a seafood and noodle preparation in a spicy coconut flavoured broth, while the Korean barbecue pork with pak choy in a superior broth, and kway teow – which is a creamy rice flour noodle with seafood are only just some of the chef’s favourites.
