HR specialist at CIMA Business Leaders’ summit

P. Dwarakanath, Director - Group Human Capital of Max India Limited, former Director - HR of Glaxo Smithkline Consumer Healthcare Ltd and the President of the National Human Resource Development Network, India, will speak at this year’s CIMA Business Leaders’ Summit on “Talent’s magnet – an awesome place to work.” CIMA said Dwarakanath will draw on his many achievements from both his professional and personal life and will share his own view of the conference theme, “Good to Great”.
The Indian HR specialist counts over 37 years’ of experience in this area. He was HR Director at Glaxo Smithkline Consumer Healthcare Ltd until 2006 as well as being a member of Glaxo Smithkline's (GSK) international HR team.

He was also the Chairman of Northern Regional Council of All India Management Association (AIMA), of which he is currently Honorary Treasurer, and President of Delhi Management Association in 2001-2002.
